📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure successful delivery of projects that meet the final objectives • Actively participate in project and process management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with quality • Provide training and support to end users of IT systems, ensuring they can use new technologies and features effectively • Maintain a strong focus on customers’ needs and expectations when proposing technological solutions in an agile manner, with exceptional quality and sustainable business value

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in manual and automated testing (functional, regression, and exploratory) with tools such as Selenium and Cypress • Experience designing and executing tests using BDD • Knowledge of SQL, integration validation, and validation/homologation of Tableau dashboards • Knowledge of insurance ERP systems and the I4PRO system • Experience with test documentation, defect management, and quality assurance • Familiarity with agile methodologies, code versioning, and the software development lifecycle • Ability to work alongside technical and business teams to define acceptance criteria • Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail • Availability to work in a hybrid model (1x/week on-site) in the Cerqueira César area - São Paulo/SP
