📋 Description

• Review and analyze potential sanctions hits while maintaining compliance requirements • Use problem-solving and analytical skills to identify potential business partners and customers • Make decisions in a timely manner despite incomplete or ambiguous information • Maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the research process • Maintain and update databases • Monitor global sanctions and economic news • Utilize open-source research tools

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced fluency in both English and Russian • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a research/analytics field pertaining to social and political sciences or foreign policy • Knowledgeable of research best practices and methodologies • Experience using research and analysis to support decision-making processes • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Experience successfully collaborating with others, especially across functions • Able to work autonomously and produce high-quality work with minimal direction • Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Ability and willingness to work in a remote environment
