• Build and maintain complex models for salary bands, market pricing, geographic differentials, and merit/promotion budget allocation • Use enterprise AI platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT to analyze workforce datasets, synthesize compensation survey benchmarks, evaluate market trends, and automate data transformation workflows • Model executive total compensation, short-term incentive performance metrics, and long-term incentive grant strategies • Design and model global equity frameworks, including refresh plans, grant guidelines, vesting schedules, and budget allocations • Establish workflows for equity grant approvals, board consent materials, vest schedules, and reconciliation between equity systems and the HRIS • Use Carta and internal analytics tools to model wealth creation scenarios and executive equity usage • Co-design, test, administer, and execute Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation workflows, eligibility rules, and global merit cycle rollouts • Ensure data flows between Workday, payroll systems, survey platforms, and analytical databases • Design, build, and audit Workday custom reports, matrix reports, and calculated fields • Use BigQuery to query, analyze, and transform large-scale datasets • Drive adoption of total rewards initiatives, merit updates, pay transparency changes, and compensation program rollouts • Develop manager guidebooks, FAQ documents, slide decks, and video walkthroughs • Design and facilitate training for managers, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and employees
• 6+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, equity strategy, or People Analytics, with demonstrable mastery at a senior/principal individual contributor level • Proven track record designing and modeling global compensation and equity programs in partnership with Finance in a fast-paced or scaling technology environment • Demonstrated experience with change management and driving enablement programs, including producing training collateral and leading educational workshops for cross-functional teams • Hands-on experience working directly with Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules is required • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite, including VBA/macros, dynamic arrays, and complex formulas, is required • Strong familiarity with Carta for cap table analytics, grant administration alignment, and LTI modeling is strongly preferred • Experience applying LLM tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot to data analysis, code generation, or report generation is strongly preferred • Experience with BI and BigQuery tools for data modeling is a strong plus • Exceptional ability to build cross-functional partnerships across Finance, Legal, Stock Administration, and Systems Engineering • Deep familiarity with statistical techniques such as regression analysis and distribution metrics applied to compensation and equity datasets • Solid understanding of core compensation and equity design concepts • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus
