📋 Description

• Use expertise to explain challenges and skillsets of the job • Explain what excellence looks like in the profession • Design questions related to the occupation as a Blockchain Engineer. • Designing and developing smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or Vyper • Writing secure, gas-efficient, and auditable smart contract code • Blockchain node management, deployment, and monitoring • Integrating blockchain networks with traditional systems or APIs

🎯 Requirements

• Have 5+ years full-time work experience • Native-level English skills • U.S. residency • Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet. • Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule). • Participation in hackathons, DeFi projects, or NFT launches • Background in cryptographic research, distributed systems, or computer science theory • Familiarity with scripting or automation for blockchain operations

🏖️ Benefits

• Hourly pay: $32 – $82, commensurate with experience and project fit. • Hourly rate may be higher for exception candidates • Paid weekly via Fixpoint, based on approved hours. • You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will. • Entirely remote; work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met.
