🎯 Requirements
• Have 5+ years full-time work experience in Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing and Hunting. • Native-level English skills • U.S. residency • Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet. • Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule). • Certification in labor contracting • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
🏖️ Benefits
• Hourly pay: $15 – $40, commensurate with experience and project fit. • Hourly rate may be higher for exception candidates • Paid weekly via Fixpoint, based on approved hours. • You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will. • Entirely remote; work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met.
