• Project length : ~3–4 weeks • Commitment : ≥ 10 hrs / week • Compensation : $10 – $30 per hour • Hourly rate may be higher for exception candidates • Fixpoint is hiring Telemarketers for a research project at a leading AI company. You will use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job, explain what excellence looks like in your profession, and design questions related to your occupation as a Telemarketers. • You’re a good fit if you’ve worked in telemarketing: • in a call center • in a sales department • in a fundraising organization • in a customer service role • or have similar experience.
• Have 5+ years full-time work experience in Administrative and Support Services. • Native-level English skills • U.S. residency • Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet. • Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule). • Experience with CRM software • Multilingual abilities
