📋 Description

• The Closing Specialist II - Credit Products handles all aspects of the loan closing process for standard and at times, complex transactions. • Act as a point of contact for issues involving Sales associates, Credit associates, Legal, Title, and Escrow. • Review documents and workflows to ensure compliance with approval terms. • Independently manage a portfolio of loan closings. • Review and negotiate legal documents and commitment letters; ensure all terms align with credit approval and policy. • Coordinate with internal/external legal counsel, title agents, and insurance providers to facilitate closing. • Ensure all closing conditions are met, documents are executed correctly, and deals are properly funded and booked.

🎯 Requirements

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent • Minimum experience required: 4+ Years of experience in commercial lending closing, preferably with experience handling complex transactions. • Knowledge of commercial loan documentation, credit terms, legal coordination and closing workflows. • Proficiency in nCino, LaserPro, and MS Office Suite. • Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple deal pipelines.
