📋 Description

• Designing creative assets/providing design support utilizing strong communication and collaboration skills. • Work may cross several business units and support areas. • Collaborate with writers and other designers (internal or agency resources) when needed. • Must be able to present work, and associated rationale, to marketing partners and key stakeholders. • Assisting Sr Graphic Designers with organizing assets/files, supporting one-off simple production requests (e.g., logo requests). • Attending work start meetings, briefings, creative team meetings, creative reviews and process improvement workshops. • Backing up Traffic Manager as Workfront Administrator. • Participating on special projects as assigned by Brand & Experience leadership (e.g., creative process improvements).

🎯 Requirements

• High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent • 3-5 years of experience required in graphic design at an internal creative team, advertising agency, or freelance work. • Knowledge of banking and mortgage industries. • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud/Salesforce. • Knowledge/experience with Workfront. • Illustrator experience.
