📋 Description
• Handle all Banking call types including business banking and/or branch support • Use critical thinking skills to identify and communicate accurate solutions to customers • Provide customers with information about basic products and services • Document case details and capture feedback • Participate in monthly performance meetings and meet performance metrics
🎯 Requirements
• High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent • Minimum 1+ Years Banking Experience • 2+ Years Customer Service Experience • Prior knowledge of Call Center Operations (Preferred) • Sales Experience (Preferred)
