• Partner with the sales team to articulate the value of the Flare platform to prospective customers • Understand customer requirements, field technical questions, and demonstrate platform capabilities • Develop use-cases, technical demos, and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) end-to-end • Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders in customer organizations • Train sales team members on the technical aspects of Flare’s platform • Act as a technical consultant across Flare, supporting product, marketing, and other initiatives • Represent Flare at events, speaking engagements, and webinars; contribute to content like tutorials and videos
• Significant experience supporting enterprise sales • Comfortable as the primary technical contact during the sales process • Keen attention to detail and pride yourself on thorough, accurate documentation • Relevant pre- and/or post-sales experience from a cybersecurity vendor • Cybersecurity, OSINT, or threat intelligence expertise in areas such as: SOC, SIEM, TIP, or SOAR • Confidently engage with technical and non-technical audiences • Strong documentation skills in Confluence/Google Docs • Experience at an early-stage startup and a knack for balancing speed with quality
