📋 Description

• Serve as the project manager for the team • Develop geospatial dashboards/applications to support leadership and OTS Division Chief missions • Manage the Internal and External Portal as well as the Open Data Page • Develop scripts as needed to support geospatial workflows and applications • Ensure all new digital spatial data has appropriate FGDC-compliant metadata produced for each dataset • Document all procedures that do not already have SOPs for data consistency and knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in geography, remote sensing, geospatial technology, or natural science • A minimum of 7 years of relevant geospatial experience • 5 years of experience leading a team, group, or department • Extensive experience and knowledge working on similar projects • Proficiency in utilizing various technologies including SmartsheetGOV and the ESRI Suite of GIS software • Experience in dashboard/application development, data analysis, and business analytics • Specific technical knowledge related to this contract includes ESRI Dashboard and Portal development • SQL Server/Microsoft Access/Oracle database support • Skilled in documenting procedures (SOPs) for data consistency
