📋 Description

• Collaborate with area nurse managers to address clinical staff performance concerns and ensure clinical support • Collaborates with area leadership on clinical candidate screening and selection • Direct oversight of assigned staff in the area • Partner with nurse managers and pharmacy leadership to review and adjust clinical staffing across assigned sites as necessary • Review assigned events in origami and regional event dashboards to identify trends in patient safety/quality needs • Provide quarterly event trend report • Partner with Risk Management, nurse managers and clinical staff to ensure timely Origami event review and appropriate follow-up • Assists in the preparation of the annual area budget related to clinical services • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required, master’s degree preferred • Registered Nurse in Florida • OCN certification required or to be obtained within 6 months of hire • Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings • Seven (7) years of experience or more in the healthcare field or clinic/outpatient setting with knowledge of Oncology required • Minimum (5) years of management experience
