📋 Description

• Support the company’s forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes. • Develop and maintain driver-based financial models that connect operational performance to financial outcomes. • Partner with department leaders to manage spend, track performance, and provide insight into key trends. • Own preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, including variance analyses and executive dashboards. • Deliver clear, actionable insights to the VP of Finance & Strategy and senior leadership. • Help design and automate reporting processes to improve speed and accuracy. • Collaborate with Accounting, RevOps, and Data teams to ensure data integrity across systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Heap). • Streamline data workflows, automate recurring analyses by leveraging existing and/or new systems, and enhance our financial tech stack. • Collaborate on strategic initiatives like GTM efficiency, pricing, ROI of investments, and operating leverage. • Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, including new product launches, pricing changes, and capital allocation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting, ideally in a SaaS or technology company. • Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets and financial modeling (bonus if you’ve used tools like Metabase, Mosaic, or Cube). • Comfortable working with data: strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into insight. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative team player who enjoys partnering across functions.
