Customers use an online booking portal and an interactive live map to find and reserve trailers 24/7, manage contracts paperlessly, and add services such as telematics tracking, insurance, maintenance, and tire protection. The service targets commercial customers and fleet managers by offering flexible, short-term trailer rentals to cover peak demand without long-term commitments.

📋 Description

• You keep the finances running and ensure everything operates smoothly behind the scenes. • You check incoming invoices, bring order to the document jungle, and make sure every figure is posted to the correct account. • You have an eagle eye for detail and ensure no document is lost or duplicated. • You monitor incoming payments, spot discrepancies immediately, and ensure a smooth cash flow. • You liaise with our internal teams and external partners when there are queries or anything that doesn’t add up.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, office administrator, or equivalent) • Experience in accounting or invoice processing • Good knowledge of accounting software (preferably DATEV / Unternehmen online – nice to have, not mandatory) • Good MS Office skills and an affinity for digitalisation and software solutions • Accuracy, reliability, and enjoyment of working in a team
