📋 Description

• You generate and qualify leads and build a strong network • You deliver presentations to prospects and represent Simovative at trade shows and events • You manage our sales pipeline in the CRM system (Pipedrive), ensure data quality, and define selection criteria for sales activities • You prepare and optimize proposals (e.g., in nifty) and support customers through to a successful close • You conduct market and SWOT analyses and derive actionable recommendations • You contribute to the further development of our sales strategy • You identify potential scaling partners and help build strategic partnerships • You develop after-sales processes to ensure sustainable customer satisfaction • You work closely with Marketing, Product Management and Customer Success

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of experience in international B2B sales • Ideally in the higher education or software/SaaS sector with a focus on cloud solutions • Understanding of software products and the ability to explain technical content clearly • Confident use of CRM systems and proficient application for sales activities • Familiarity with using AI applications in a sales environment • Experience managing complex sales cycles that span several months • Confident handling and management of tenders (e.g., procurement procedures for software) • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions • Planning and organizational skills combined with determination and assertiveness • Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible working style • Very good communication and negotiation skills • Team player with a sense of humor and good timing • Confident and clear expression in both German and English
