🎯 Requirements

• Basic working knowledge of Java • Understanding of Back End Development frameworks such as Spring, Flyway, Quarkus is not mandatory for beginners. • Interest and basic skills in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence is an added advantage. • Be analytical and possess mathematics skills. • Excellent Organization Skills. • Accountable via set metrics and performance indicators. • Excellent Time Management Skills. • Resourceful, troubleshooting aptitude while being result-oriented. • Open to learning. • Ability to work with a team is important. • AI-Assisted engineering with human verification. • Security-first engineering mindset. • Apply knowledge gained in computer science or software engineering related courses to real-world challenges.
