• Implement and configure restaurant technology solutions at customer sites • Provide training and support to restaurant staff • Manage the end-to-end implementation process for technology solutions • Install and configure software and hardware components • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and technical issues • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, technology implementation, or restaurant operations • Organised, responsive, detail oriented • Familiar with restaurant point-of-sale technology • Strong and professional communicator • Ability to resolve complex problems • Comfortable using power tools, such as a drill • Able to lift and carry heavy equipment up to 50 lbs • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation • Willing to work flexible hours and travel to client sites.
