📋 Description

• Conduct customer meetings (remote and, if necessary, on-site) and advise on product enhancements and digital processes related to the Flixcheck platform. • Manage and strategically develop existing single-customer accounts with the goal of securing long-term customer retention. • Support the development of a concept for targeted servicing of customers who fall between the Single and Corporate segments. • Identify growth opportunities and implement measures to increase customer value, particularly through upgrades to higher-tier packages. • Actively help shape a scalable SME sales model to increase efficiency and optimize revenue in the small- and mid-tier customer segment. • Contribute to building a clear sales segmentation strategy and work closely with adjacent teams (e.g., IT, Customer Success, Marketing).

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales with an insurance focus or selling SaaS products. • Strong sales drive: You proactively reach out to customers, spot opportunities and enjoy closing deals. • Consultative sales skills and a good understanding of digital processes. • Self-organization and a willingness to work independently. • Energy and enthusiasm to help build a new team and structures from the ground up.
