📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for the end-to-end video experience, including onboarding, live viewing, playback, search, and video management. • Drive the strategy for Flock's cloud video platform and third-party integrations, balancing customer needs with platform scalability and reliability. • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer Success to deliver impactful video products and successful launches. • Conduct customer discovery and translate insights into product strategy and roadmap priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building SaaS, platform, or infrastructure products. • Experience owning technically complex products spanning customer experience and backend systems. • Strong technical fluency with cloud infrastructure, APIs, distributed systems, and architecture. • Customer-obsessed with a track record of turning user feedback into product strategy. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive alignment, and balance short-term execution with long-term vision. • Experience with video technologies, cloud infrastructure, integrations, or enterprise software is a plus.
