📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery conversations and manage customer software integrations end-to-end from initial scoping through deployment. • Configure, test, and maintain software tools and integrations that connect Flock technology with customer applications and networks. • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving REST APIs, networking configurations, authentication methods, and data formats. • Create clear technical documentation, implementation guides, and troubleshooting resources to standardize customer onboarding experiences. • Partner with internal Engineering and Product teams to feed implementation insights directly into core product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional software engineering experience using languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript. • Practical proficiency with SQL database querying, REST API structures, authentication mechanisms, and common data formats including JSON, XML, and CSV. • Working knowledge of core networking concepts, including VPNs, firewalls, IP allowlisting, and SSL/TLS. • Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability and willingness to travel between 25% and 50% for customer deployments and onsite discovery. • Prior experience in customer-facing engineering roles, cloud platforms, or containerization technologies is a plus.
