📋 Description

• Develop, set up, and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot to support demand generation and customer lifecycle workflows • Build and maintain automated email sequences and CRM workflows aligned with buyer behavior and structured follow-up processes • Ensure accurate and professional communication of shipping and logistics information through well-crafted email campaigns • Collaborate directly with the sales team to integrate email outreach with lead qualification and pipeline progression • Monitor campaign performance and refine sequences to improve engagement and conversion outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and executing email marketing campaigns and workflows using HubSpot (non-negotiable) • Strong email copywriting skills with understanding of campaign cadence strategy • Experience managing CRM workflows and reporting within a marketing and sales environment • Ability to translate operational or service-related information into clear client-facing communication • Experience in the logistics, freight, supply chain, or manufacturing industries is a strong plus • Advanced English (C1+) • Full-time availability aligned with EST
