📋 Description

• Support Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including setup, monitoring, optimization, and performance reporting • Manage HubSpot tasks such as CRM updates, contact and data management, email campaigns, workflows, and basic automations • Track performance across marketing initiatives and identify optimization opportunities • Support content creation, marketing research, and general marketing initiatives as needed • Use AI tools such as Claude and Codex for research, content, reporting, analysis, and workflow improvement • Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple channels and projects • Maintain organized marketing processes and documentation, and suggest ways to improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role • Hands-on experience with both Meta Ads and Google Ads • Working knowledge of HubSpot (intermediate level), including CRM, email, and basic workflows • Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude or Codex as part of everyday work • Experience across multiple marketing areas, such as paid media, CRM, content, email, and reporting • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently • Agency or multi-client experience, GA4, Looker Studio, SEO, content marketing, or conversion optimization • Advanced English (C1+)
