📋 Description
• Proactively identify and communicate with your clients, exhibiting a high standard of professionalism, as you create a swim lesson schedule (ranging from 1-25 lessons) • Arrive promptly at scheduled lesson times, demonstrating competency of swim instruction • Possess the ability to tailor your lessons and teaching approach to accommodate the diverse needs and learning styles of your students
🎯 Requirements
• Certified in First Aid, CPR, AED (Required) • Water Safety Instructor (WSI) or Lifeguard Certificate (Optional) • 2 years experience (Required) • Must have reliable transportation and willing to drive to up to 20 mile radius • Punctuality, Professional, Excellent Communication • Comfortable around children and parents • Must be eligible to work in the United States • Must be over the age of 18
