📋 Description

• Coordinate with and participate in multidisciplinary care teams consisting of clinicians, psychiatrists, care advocates, coaches, product teams, and PMH-NPs. • Provide individual and group based care to adolescents and families. • Contribute to clinical design and product work to enhance care for every family. • Ensure compliance to all regulations on a state by state basis and perform ongoing quality assurance. • Be prepared to do anything related to supporting the adolescents we support. • Help with basic operations that come with being part of a fast-moving company. • Work with an incredibly talented, quirky, passionate group of people that are setting out to reduce human suffering on a massive scale.

🎯 Requirements

• License allowing you to provide independent care (Required) • Willing to get licensed in other states: Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina, West Virginia, Washington (paid for by company) • Experience in clinical settings treating adolescents with early indicators of serious mental health conditions. • Well-versed in a variety of modalities and confident integrating them into your clinical approach (i.e. coordinated specialty care, family-focused therapy, MST, FFT, and MI). • Experience working in under-served communities • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a variety of stakeholders. • Have exceptional organizational and communication skills • Experience or desire to work in a startup unstructured environment • An ability to think and act independently while being part of a bigger team. • A desire to build an entirely new way to deliver care!
