📋 Description
• Coordinate with and participate in multidisciplinary care teams consisting of clinicians, psychiatrists, care advocates, and coaches • Provide individual and group based care to adolescents and families • Ensure compliance to all regulations on a state by state basis and perform ongoing quality assurance • Help with basic operations that come with being part of a fast-moving company • Work with an incredibly talented, quirky, passionate group of people that are setting out to reduce human suffering on a massive scale
🎯 Requirements
• Therapy License allowing you to provide independent care • Must be willing to get licensed in 5-12 states (cost covered by Flourish) • Experience working in under-served communities with complex family situations • Experience providing clinical care in a remote setting • Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate with integrated care team • An ability to think and act independently while being part of a bigger team • Maintain a caseload of 20-32 patients • A desire to build an entirely new way to deliver care! • Ability to work 2+ evenings per week (the day would start later)
