• Build the operating systems that allow Flourish to scale while preserving the culture, quality, and humanity that define our care. • Partner closely with leaders across the company to identify bottlenecks before they emerge and strengthen the operating model. • Lead the People Operations function, ensuring a warm, proactive talent pipeline and exceptional employee experience. • Lead Clinical Operations to ensure care teams have the operational infrastructure needed to deliver exceptional care. • Oversee Licensing, Compliance & Credentialing functions ensuring the ability to operate safely across the country. • Measure success through employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), recruiting velocity, and compliance excellence.
• 10+ years of leadership experience with a track record of building and scaling complex operational organizations • Experience leading operations at a high-growth startup, ideally from Series A through subsequent stages of scale • Strong operational judgment, with the ability to identify bottlenecks, simplify complexity, and build systems that scale • Highly analytical and data-driven, with excellent business intuition and a habit of using metrics to improve organizational performance • Comfortable moving between long-term strategy and day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment • Outstanding communicator who builds trust quickly and influences effectively across functions • Strong project and program management skills with exceptional organizational discipline • Experience with multi-state healthcare operations, licensing, compliance, or credentialing
