📋 Description

• Provide expert-level technical support for water-cutting and surface preparation systems • Deliver on-site and remote technical support for operation, diagnosis, and repair of Flow systems • Assist customers in troubleshooting, part identification, and resolution of technical issues via phone, email, or site visits • Accurately complete all required administrative documentation and service reports in a timely manner • Support documentation efforts, including maintaining current product manuals and technical references • Serve as a professional liaison between Flow and its customers/distributors

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 2 years of field service experience working with robotics, motion control systems, CNC machinery, or similar capital equipment • Proficient in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, electrical, and electronic systems • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook, Teams, and service-related tools • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure • Willingness to travel internationally, including to Canada
