📋 Description

• Lead and oversee international payroll processes, including manual checks and issue resolution • Supervise, coach, and develop the payroll team • Ensure payroll tax compliance, and handle notices, audits, and amendments • Maintain accurate payroll and employee tax data, including expatriates and foreign nationals • Manage third-party payroll/tax vendors and partner with internal stakeholders • Drive continuous process improvements and escalate complex issues as needed • Oversee accurate and timely payroll delivery • Conduct and track ongoing data audits • Maintain employee tax setup and compliance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance field • Strong international payroll knowledge with 5–7 years’ experience • Fluent German is a must • Proficiency in either English or Hungarian is required • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office • Knowledge of ERP systems (Workday, Kronos, Celergo, Horizon) is an advantage • High attention to detail • Analytical thinking and ability to create/maintain payroll controls • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills • Proven leadership abilities • Strong organizational and time-management skills
