📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap and manage features from ideation to delivery across the entire product lifecycle • Navigate product dependencies, risks, and milestones across multiple teams • Prioritize impactful features aligned with customer needs, business goals, and security standards • Make data-driven tradeoff decisions • Lead and influence Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams • Foster collaboration and alignment on goals, timelines, and execution • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy • Evaluate product outcomes against KPIs and use customer and usage data to refine the roadmap • Align internal stakeholders and external partners on product goals and requirements • Build relationships with customers, partners, and vendors • Define and track product success metrics • Drive continuous product improvements using data insights • Provide strategic leadership in product planning and decision-making • Align product initiatives with broader company objectives • Guide less experienced product managers and cross-functional team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 8+ years of experience in a Product Manager role with a proven track record of successful outcomes • Exceptional product roadmap execution and ability to balance strategic vision with tactical delivery • Ability to prioritize effectively and make tradeoff decisions in fast-paced environments • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience • Ability to influence stakeholders • Deep customer and market insight • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of product direction and execution • Expertise using data and metrics for product decisions, success tracking, and performance optimization • Strong understanding of security standards and balancing them with customer requirements and market trends • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience managing and mentoring junior product managers or other team members • Scrum Product Owner certification preferred • Deep domain expertise in payroll, benefits, time & labor, or human capital management preferred • Must be based anywhere in the Czech Republic • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours per day • Ability to operate computer and phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously
