📋 Description

• Work technically within the squad, ensuring engineering best practices, scalability, and performance; • Work from ideation through deployment and support of production applications; • Collaborate actively with the Product Manager to ensure developed solutions solve real business problems; • Work with scalable architectures, ensuring the best technical approach for each challenge; • Identify and prioritize technical debt, always balancing value delivery and code sustainability; • Ensure technical decisions align with business strategy and company objectives; • Work in an agile environment, with short feedback cycles and iterative deliveries; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in daily activities, proposing solutions that meet business goals and contributing to the continuous delivery of value;

🎯 Requirements

• Proactive profile, entrepreneurial spirit, architectural vision, and execution capability; • Experience with generative AI, building agents, and production-ready AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Agno, crewAI, LiteLLM; • Experience with vector databases, RAG, and advanced prompt and context engineering; • Knowledge of observability and eval tools, such as Langsmith and Langfuse; • Experience with multiple providers and LLMs, including OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Meta (LLaMA), xAI (Grok), and Google Gemini; • Experience in automation, n8n, ETL pipelines, report generation, and data workflows integrating APIs, databases, and AI systems; • Proficiency in backend development and REST APIs using FastAPI; • Hands-on experience with BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Supabase; • Practical experience with Amazon Bedrock, including inference profiles; • Experience as an AI Engineer, with involvement in large-scale production systems; • Ability to make strategic technical decisions, balancing trade-offs between complexity, time, and business impact; • Product-owner mindset, aiming to understand problems before proposing solutions; • Experience with cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices; • Experience with system scalability; • Experience making data-driven technical decisions; • Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to different stakeholders; • Culture of continuous learning, always seeking to improve engineering processes and practices; • Desired/Optional: • Previous experience in startups or product-oriented companies; • Experience with Event-Driven Architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.); • Work on setups, automations, and integrations related to business functions (sales, support, etc.); • Experience with Meta APIs, WhatsApp, CRMs; • Experience creating data pipelines, dashboards, data analysis, and API integrations (Python, Pandas, Polars, NumPy, DuckDB, Apache Parquet, etc.); • Experience with infrastructure and CI/CD workflows (Agno, Datadog, etc.); • Experience with Portkey or similar.
