📋 Description

• Lead the vision, requirements and launch of the next evolution of our AdTech backend and front-end capabilities. • Create the detailed product roadmap for internal Publisher, Advertiser, and Marketplace views to manage the business. • Interview and document discovery calls with stakeholders to uncover true pain points, problems to be solved and synthesize into your roadmap. • Work with our CTO, CPO and VP of Engineering to support a step change in coding efficiency and reduction in defects by leveraging AI (Claude, Co-pilots, Cursor, Replit etc.). • Establish and run the product intake process to get stakeholders' input and alignment on their pain points. • Define success, utilizing quantitative and qualitative data. • Empower the commercial teams by providing crisp communication on execution plans, releases and host training sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Years of relevant Product Management Experience, with substantial experience in front end UX Design. • Experience in owning the product strategy and roadmap in the AdTech domain (publisher placements and advertiser campaign management). • Experience and willingness to take an AI first approach across all aspects of productivity (PMs & Engineering). • Ability to execute on a roadmap engaging with internal platform & front-end engineers, data engineers, data scientists, operational and commercial team stakeholders. • 2+ Year(s) of relevant digital advertising or adjacent experience. • Familiarity with performance marketing measures – CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc. • Conceptual understanding of Agentic AI, and the platform/functionality needed to support both Human and Autonomous Agent users.
