📋 Description

• Partner with the Finance Management Team to translate user requirements into tailored reports and visual dashboards using Business Central and Power BI • Use standard Business Central functionality wherever possible • Design tailored data logic and custom functional solutions when business needs exceed out-of-the-box features • Maintain and manage integrations between Business Central and external databases or third-party platforms • Build and manage APIs • Serve as the primary remote point of contact for daily internal user inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within the Finance Department and across the company • Lead and manage two in-house developers and one part-time QA person • Allocate tasks, plan sprints, provide technical guidance, oversee code reviews, and ensure execution quality • Configure and technically maintain Business Central budgeting modules, including budget structures, data-entry setups, and budget-versus-actuals tracking • Act as the primary subject-matter expert for the ERP ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven, hands-on experience as an Implementer / Consultant specifically for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Experience in the High-Tech sector strongly preferred • Proven track record working closely with finance teams to translate complex financial requirements into intuitive, user-friendly reports and dashboards • Hands-on experience connecting Business Central to external platforms and third-party systems via APIs, Web Services, or integration tools • Strong proficiency in Power BI development and seamless integration with Business Central • Proven experience leading and managing a small team of developers • Experience translating business requirements into technical sprints and driving projects to delivery • Technical understanding of setup, configuration, and maintenance for Budgeting / Budget Control functionality in Business Central for financial and cash flow reporting • Ability to work full-time aligned with European Time Zone hours • Strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting logic, and workflows • Experience with HiBob integration or similar HR management systems advantageous • Familiarity with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot and their integration with Business Central advantageous
