📋 Description

• Own the vision and roadmap for your Product Delivery Vertical, ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and commercial priorities • Collaborate with the Product Architect to shape technical design and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable • Translate customer, market, and regulatory insights into a value-driven, prioritised backlog • Balance delivery of regulatory obligations, customer enhancements, innovation, and technical debt reduction • Track and report PDV performance against agreed KPIs (velocity, quality, commercial value) • Represent the PDV in quarterly planning, governance, and release readiness forums • Engage directly with customers, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders to validate requirements and roadmap priorities • Ensure operational readiness for all releases, including appropriate enablement and support resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent) in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment • Knowledge of network operations processes (connections, forecasting, outages/restoration, DUoS charging, flexibility event management) - ideally within the UK energy sector and DNO/IDNO environments • Track record of delivering products in a regulated industry • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working in agile delivery environments and using agile tooling (e.g. Azure DevOps).
