📋 Description

• Guide product delivery through to the user, lead projects, provide technical guidance, and build and iterate in a dynamic environment • Partner directly with clients to understand their needs and achieve business goals • Define product requirements, identify appropriate system designs, and plan development with Product and Design teams • Drive a healthy and effective engineering culture within customer teams and Fluxon • Mentor engineers across multiple teams, supporting growth and strengthening team capabilities • Shape the technical direction of the engineering organization • Influence strategy and guide architectural decisions • Write production code as an individual contributor

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience in software development • Experience leading development through the full product lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, release management, deployment, monitoring and incident response • Fluency in designing and implementing scalable system architectures, data structures and algorithms, and effective development practices • Professional fluency in written and spoken English • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to international teammates and customers
