📋 Description

• Analyse existing data structures and determine the necessary mapping for migration to the M&E system. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure all critical data is accurately captured. • Develop a comprehensive data migration strategy, including timelines, milestones, and risk assessments. • Identify and implement best practices for data cleansing, transformation, and validation. • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to migrate data into the M&E system. • Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Configure the M&E system to accommodate migrated data and align with operational needs. • Ensure that all system configurations are documented and comply with regulatory standards. • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users on the new system and data processes. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after the migration process. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the data migration process, including mapping documents, data quality assessments, and user feedback. • Prepare regular status reports for management on project progress and any identified issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Management, Aviation Management, or a related field. • Proven experience in data migration projects, preferably in an aviation or maintenance environment. • Familiarity with AMOS or similar aircraft maintenance software. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent project management and organizational abilities. • Experience with data transformation tools and ETL processes. • Knowledge of the AMOS Data Transfer Module (APN 261) is essential. • Knowledge of aviation regulations and data compliance standards. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Advanced knowledge of different M&E Systems e.g. AMOS, Trax, Ramco Aviation, Ultramain , IFS Maintenix, OASES.
