📋 Description
• Monitor Azure infrastructure, applications, and network services • Respond to alerts, incidents, and service disruptions • Perform initial troubleshooting and root cause analysis • Escalate issues to DevOps, Cloud, or Application teams when required • Track incidents using ticketing systems (Jira, etc.)
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience • Basic understanding of Azure Virtual Machines • Familiarity with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics • Basic Linux and Windows server administration
