📋 Description

• Creating best-in-class design solutions and user experiences • Mapping user flows, defining information architecture, designing wireframes and interfaces • Ensuring the designs meet project requirements and standards, and are consistent across the product • Involving in research to understand how the product is performing and identifying opportunities for further enhancements • Reviewing and improving current products, with continuous optimisation through analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar • Working in an end-to-end digital process • Visualising your ideas and inspiring others • Experience working with large design systems • Managing and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients and vendors • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align design objectives and project goals • Working on a big project involving multiple international and multidisciplinary teams of researchers, strategists, data analysts, product managers, product owners, and developers to translate business requirements into engaging design solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio of commercial projects • Full understanding of the best design processes and how to tailor them to user and client needs • Understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive and adaptive design • Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar • Familiarity with designing for accessibility and inclusive design practices • Good command of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level) • Good communication and presentation skills • Proactive attitude, with the ability to solve problems and figure things out • Extreme attention to detail
