📋 Description

• Lead high-stakes projects end-to-end — from framing the challenge to launch readiness • Structure complexity into actionable plans (using frameworks like the Project Pyramid) • Manage and align diverse stakeholders — C-level executives, ministries, enterprise teams • Navigate politics: knowing when to negotiate, compromise, or stand firm • Bridge business, design, and technology — speaking the language of each • Guard the design vision against organizational chaos — ensuring it reaches users intact • Collaborate with stream leaders, researchers, designers, and developers to deliver measurable impact

🎯 Requirements

• Solid background in UX and/or UI design (craft foundations are non-negotiable) • Experience with large-scale projects (enterprise platforms, government services, or complex corporate ecosystems) • Strong business literacy — ability to connect design decisions to strategy • Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills • Resilience and calmness under pressure • Proficiency in English (C1/C2); additional languages are a plus
