📋 Description

• Apply strong business and financial acumen, along with excellent analytical and strategic planning skills • Understand and manage business and operational metrics, linking them to financial and strategic outcomes • Leverage experience in FP&A or predictive modeling to balance the art and science of forecasting • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders with strong project management skills • Act as an individual contributor while being collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent oral and written presentation skills • Support APAC regional and global stakeholders by working across complex datasets and providing clear insights into financial performance • Collaborate with teams across finance, analytics, product, sales, and marketing to deliver ROI analyses, understand financial goals, product roadmaps, and sales productivity metrics • Develop, maintain, and analyze scalable financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting • Contribute to long-range planning, annual budgets, and regular financial forecasts • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve results • Partner with central finance teams to continuously improve financial models, data integrity, and financial systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required • 8+ years of finance FP&A experience, ideally in a fast-paced Tech or Fintech environment • Strong technical and analytical skills • You understand how to structure data for scale • Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills • Outstanding communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills • Proven as an experienced, confident business partner • Highly organized and detail-oriented, as well as able to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong systems and data analytic capabilities • Proficiency with ERP and EPM systems (e.g. Workday, NetSuite, Adaptive) and BI tools (e.g. Looker) is highly regarded, as is exploration of AI related tools.
