📋 Description

• Design and evolve harnesses for executing and controlling AI agents • Establish patterns for orchestration, tool use, and context management • Create and version prompts with clear quality criteria • Develop regression tests for LLM-based behaviors • Build automated evaluations (evals) to measure output quality • Implement telemetry and track performance and costs • Turn quality criteria into automated gates • Build reusable tools for engineering teams • Investigate model failures and unexpected behaviors • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the agent fleet’s quality

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering • 1+ year of experience building production LLM-based applications • Experience with agent orchestration • Knowledge of tool use • Knowledge of RAG • Knowledge of context design and management • Structured and disciplined prompt engineering • Prompt versioning • Testing and regression testing • Systematic evaluation of changes • Building automated evaluations (evals) • Telemetry for AI-based applications • Response quality monitoring • Token cost tracking and control • Building automated gates • Translating quality criteria into objective checks • Automating validations capable of blocking releases that fail to meet standards • Developing reusable tools for other teams • Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in technology, according to the posting’s structured data
