📋 Description

• Design and evolve harnesses for the execution and control of AI agents • Define orchestration patterns, tool usage, and context management • Create and version prompts with clear quality criteria • Develop regression tests for LLM-based behaviors • Build automated evaluations (evals) to measure output quality • Implement telemetry and monitor performance and costs • Turn quality criteria into automated gates • Build reusable tools for engineering teams • Investigate model failures and unexpected behaviors • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the agent fleet's quality

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience • 1+ year of experience building LLM-based applications in production • Agent orchestration • Tool use • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) • Context design and management • Structured and disciplined prompt engineering • Prompt versioning • Testing and regression • Systematic evaluation of changes • Building automated evaluations (evals) • Telemetry for AI-based applications • Monitoring response quality • Token cost monitoring and control • Building automated gates • Translating quality criteria into objective checks • Automating validations capable of blocking out-of-standard deliveries • Developing reusable tools for other teams • Bachelor's degree or Technologist degree (as specified in the job posting)
