• This is a remote position. • Growth Marketing Officer. • The GMO would be the ideal role to lead strategic marketing efforts, they will be propelling execution and operational aspects. • The GMO ensures the company is positioned effectively in the market, builds strong customer relations, and creates impactful campaigns to attract and retain customers. • Responsibilities include developing and overseeing the implementation of long-term marketing strategies, managing brand identity, leading customer relations, designing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and utilizing analytics for insights. • Primary focus around customer acquisition, retention strategies, execution and team oversight, brand consistency, and strategic partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; certifications in Digital Marketing, Growth Hacking, or Product Marketing are advantageous. • 5-7 years in growth marketing, preferably within a startup or tech-focused company, with a proven track record in lean marketing strategies. • Skilled in aligning marketing efforts with MVP launches, product positioning, and customer feedback. • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, performance marketing, and social media platforms to drive customer acquisition. • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau to track growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, and retention. • Experience with innovative, low-budget marketing tactics and rapid experimentation to optimize user acquisition and retention. • Ability to create compelling narratives for early adopters and investors, including preparing pitch decks and traction reports. • Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities. • Proven ability to build and engage early user communities, beta testers, or brand advocates. • Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, tech, and sales teams to align strategies with business goals. • Ability to identify, develop and manage partnerships with complimentary businesses or organizations to enhance market reach and brand value.
