📋 Description

• Anticipates, develops and implements innovative solutions for customers’ training challenges. • Collaborating virtually with a team to complete project tasks. • Assuring quality of deliverables, and tracking time. • Working independently while communicating and coordinating work efforts with team members. • Collaborating with client subject matter experts to collect data for job analysis. • Organizing data and entry into flagship software programs, Qlarity and VISION.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Nuclear Technology, Engineering, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, or related fields. • A master’s degree is preferred • Three to seven years of experience in training analysis, design, and/or development work • Experience with designing training courses and/or programs • Understanding of nuclear principles, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements in nuclear environments • Develop training materials including lesson plans, on-the-job training guides, tests, performance assessments, etc. • Leverage eLearning tools and technologies (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) to develop and enhance training materials. • Ability to work well in a team environment or individually on projects. • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness. • Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications.
