📋 Description

• Execute a successful project management approach to track and review tasks to ensure timely and quality submission to clients while ensuring repeatable positive outcomes. • Support the development of implementation tools and resources including project plans, project tracking tools, internal status updates, kickoff decks, and related items required to meet planned go-live dates. • Lead cross-functional technical and non-technical project teams. Ensure processes are followed and documented and meetings are executed efficiently to track towards timely implementations. • Proactively identify and escalate barriers to project success, while developing contingency plans for any identified risks/ and/or barriers. • Utilize effective problem-solving skills to overcome both internal and external challenges. • Collaborate closely with the Solutions Design team to ensure IT and Operational workflows and requirements are documented and implemented timely. • Monitor and track all project plan tasks and client deliverables to ensure on-time delivery. • Develop strong internal coordination, collaboration and communication (Solutions Design, Product, Customer Success and Engineering) to ensure systems and processes are established to meet specific requirements. • Become a subject matter expert on the Fold Health platform • Develop training materials and guides for internal and external stakeholders, as well as delivering role specific customer training to assist with change management and encourage high utilization of the platform. • Continuously gather, analyze and incorporate customer feedback in order to continuously improve processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure scalability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, acting as a trusted strategic advisor to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for value realization. • Facilitate implementation meetings with external partners and clients. • Analyze Project performance data and provide regular reports to internal and external stakeholders on project status, challenges, and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Remote – East Coast preferred • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college • 3+ years’ experience with program management, project management, or similar experience • 2+ years’ experience working in healthcare technology (EHR or EMR), value-based provider group, health system or health plan • 1+ years’ experience working in value based care and risk-based arrangements • Self-starter skills who will work well on a team and employ strong communication skills to manage project timelines and deliverables. • Detail oriented, excellent prioritization, and time management skills • Expertise partnering with internal departments to drive collaboration and results • Experience successfully designing, implementing, and managing large projects, including change management initiatives within healthcare provider organizations • Superior project management skills and an orientation to plan and organize work and teams • Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment while managing multiple projects / deliverables • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, JIRA, Smartsheet/Asana, Salesforce and Powerpoint. Familiar with various HER’s (athena, EPIC, Elation, etc.). • Requires frequent travel client sites.
