âą Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, to meet business needs, including creating UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and script includes. âą Design and implement complex workflows and automated processes using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor. âą Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and JDBC. âą Design custom Service Portal pages and widgets using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Bootstrap. âą Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to analyze, document, and translate functional requirements into technical specifications. âą Perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing, and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and system performance. âą Oversee update sets, platform upgrades, and patches, ensuring the platform stays current with minimal disruption to service. âą Maintain comprehensive documentation for technical configurations, process flows, and system procedures.
âą 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration. âą Strong knowledge of JavaScript for both client-side and server-side ServiceNow scripting, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, and SQL. âą Strong experience designing and building Scripted REST APIs within scoped ServiceNow applications. âą Hands-on experience with Glide APIs, including GlideRecord, GlideSystem, and GlideAjax. âą Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. âą Based in Latin America and available during Argentina or EST business hours. âą ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly preferred. âą Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders are a plus.
