📋 Description

‱ Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, to meet business needs, including creating UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and script includes. ‱ Design and implement complex workflows and automated processes using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor. ‱ Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and JDBC. ‱ Design custom Service Portal pages and widgets using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Bootstrap. ‱ Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to analyze, document, and translate functional requirements into technical specifications. ‱ Perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing, and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and system performance. ‱ Oversee update sets, platform upgrades, and patches, ensuring the platform stays current with minimal disruption to service. ‱ Maintain comprehensive documentation for technical configurations, process flows, and system procedures.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration. ‱ Strong knowledge of JavaScript for both client-side and server-side ServiceNow scripting, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, and SQL. ‱ Strong experience designing and building Scripted REST APIs within scoped ServiceNow applications. ‱ Hands-on experience with Glide APIs, including GlideRecord, GlideSystem, and GlideAjax. ‱ Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. ‱ Based in Latin America and available during Argentina or EST business hours. ‱ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly preferred. ‱ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders are a plus.
