📋 Description

• Develop internal tools and services with n8n, HubSpot, and custom coded services • Automate manual processes using AI, APIs, and modern SaaS tools • Build internal platforms for Support, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success • Analyze internal workflows and identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities • Work closely with all teams to eliminate repetitive work • Build proprietary agents and optimize them for the DACH context

🎯 Requirements

• Software engineering background: able to write code, read APIs, understand data models, and debug problems • Extensive experience with n8n and other automation tools • Ability to judge when to use n8n versus building a small coded service • Experience with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation • Strong understanding of pragmatic software development and rapid iteration • AI-first toolkit including Claude Code, Cursor, agents, and LLM APIs, or strong motivation to adopt them • High ownership and hands-on mentality • Extreme growth mindset • German as a native language for the DACH focus • Good English
