• Capture customer requirements technically, structure them, and translate them into clear implementation plans • Build and roll out fonio setups into production (workflows, logic, data flows, prompts, guardrails) • Implement integrations with third-party systems (APIs, webhooks, CRM, calendar, ticketing, payments, etc.) • Develop small to medium features/glue code to accurately implement customer use cases (including tests/monitoring/logging) • Real-time debugging: calls, flows, data, edge cases — and quick fixes under production conditions • Standardization: reusable templates, best practices, “deployment playbooks” to make setups scalable • Feedback loop into the product: pain points, feature gaps, recurring patterns — prioritized and concrete
• Solid coding skills (able to implement independently, not just “configure”) • Strong understanding of AI systems and LLM-based applications (prompting, tool use, RAG/knowledge, evaluation, failure modes) • Workflow thinking: able to translate complex processes into robust, testable flows • Experience with APIs/webhooks, auth (OAuth/API keys), data formats, and integration patterns • Basic cloud knowledge (deployments, observability, debugging in production environments) • Very pragmatic work style: deliver quickly, stabilize, iterate • Bonus (not required): experience with voice/telephony, n8n/automation, TypeScript/Python, databases (SQL), monitoring/tracing, GDPR/privacy-by-design
