📋 Description

• Build scalable lead-generation workflows using tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar platforms • Research, enrich, and qualify leads through different data sources and APIs • Develop and optimize outbound campaigns with the founding team, from targeting and messaging through deliverability • Automate sales and marketing processes with AI and modern SaaS tools • Analyze funnel, conversion, and campaign data for continuous optimization • Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering to feed GTM learnings back into the product

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with modern GTM and lead-generation tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, or PhantomBuster • Strong understanding of outbound, lead enrichment, and data-driven growth • Knowledge of ICP, intent signals, and deliverability • Technical understanding and ideally initial experience with APIs, automations, or scripting • German as a native language • Very good English • Pragmatic approach to building and shipping systems • Growth mindset focused on building systems that generate 10x more leads
