📋 Description

• Short-term support for our recruiting team on days with peak capacity • Activated with 24 hours' notice, for a single day or a defined period • Conduct screening calls that produce meaningful results (initial interviews, culture-fit assessments, technical interviews) • Ensure a clean handover of results to the core team so the process continues seamlessly

🎯 Requirements

• Proven recruiting experience, ideally with independent interview conduct • Ability to provide short-notice availability — you can confirm or decline within 24–48 hours • Structured, outcome-oriented interview style • Business-fluent German and English
