📋 Description

• Develop and implement the market entry and growth strategy for the UK • Identify and prioritize relevant customer segments in grocery retail, hospitality and food industry suppliers • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and partners • Adapt product positioning, messaging and campaigns for the local market • Prepare and negotiate cooperation agreements with relevant organizations and networks • Conduct sales conversations with prospective customers — from initial contact to contract signing • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Tech, Marketing, Sales, Analytics) to align and locally implement go-to-market initiatives • Monitor market trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape • Track and report relevant performance metrics and continuously optimize the strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in go-to-market strategy, business development or market entry roles — ideally in SaaS, food tech or sustainability • Deep understanding of the food industry in France or the UK, particularly grocery retail and hospitality • Entrepreneurial mindset: independent, proactive and comfortable in a dynamic startup environment • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and develop long-term partnerships • Native-level English with a strong understanding of British culture • Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance tracking • Passion for sustainability and reducing food waste
