📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for foodforecast’s largest customers • Independently resolve most support tickets quickly and accurately • Ask the right questions, isolate issues, and resolve them • Escalate more complex cases to Customer Success or Product in a structured manner • Meet response-time targets and document every case • Identify patterns in customer inquiries and use them to develop response templates, help articles, and product ideas • Communicate with customers in writing in German and English

🎯 Requirements

• You are enrolled at a university or college • You are available to work 15–20 hours per week alongside your studies • German at C1 level • English at B2 level • You explain things clearly and simply while remaining friendly and professional • You want to understand why something is not working and follow through until it is resolved • You can keep track of multiple open tickets • You remain calm when dealing with demanding customers • You enjoy learning how to use new software • You take initiative and get things done independently • Experience with a ticketing system is a plus • Experience in customer service or support, including from a part-time job, is a plus • Interest in food retail, bakeries, or the hospitality industry is a plus
